Cancellation Policy

FrenzTech understands that business needs may change. The following cancellation terms apply:

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice via email.

2. Work Already Completed

Any work completed up to the cancellation date shall be billed and payable.

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments are generally non-cancellable once the project work has commenced.

4. Service Subscriptions

Ongoing services or maintenance contracts can be cancelled with prior notice as per the agreement terms.
